The Consulate General and Promotion Center of the Argentine Republic regrets to inform that on Sunday, February 14, former President Carlos Saúl Menem died in Buenos Aires, at the age of 90.

Carlos Saúl Menem was President of Argentina for two consecutive periods, between 1989 and 1999.

The national government has decreed 3 days of mourning.
