With an aim of keeping the artists virtually connected and networked in the artistic field, at times of social isolation, the third edition of the BIENALSUR is open to artists and curators who are kindly invited to participate.

The deadline for submission of projects is April 30, 2020.

The exhibitions will take place at different venues in South America, Africa, Asia, Europe, Central and North America, from July to November 2021.

The proposals have to fall within the scope of contemporary art and culture theories with a view to analysing, questioning and providing new perspectives of and insights into a diversity of experiences of contemporary life.
Artists and curators of any nationality can register individually or as a groups until April 30th, 2020.

BIENALSUR is a project organized by the UNTREF (Universidad Nacional de Tres de Febrero de Buenos Aires), an Argentine public university which has among other objectives, to contribute to the creation of a “cultural citizenship” from South America
