The Consul General of Argentina in Mumbai Guillermo E. Devoto was invited as guest of honour at the inaugural ceremony of the Rotary Rotaract Model United Nations, at the Bombay Stock Exchange. Different colleges and universities like KC College, Somaiya and NM College took part in the debate.
