Consul General and Director of the Promotion Centre of Argentina, Mumbai, Mr. Guillermo Devoto, inaugurated the art exhibition "Dreamscapes", of the Argentine visual artist Julia Romano in collaboration with the Indian Museum of Kolkata and the Basu Foundation for the Arts.
