Consul General of Argentina in Mumbai Mr. Guillermo Devoto along with Dr. Jorge H. Gentile, Argentine constitutional lawyer, former member of the Congress, who integrates the board of the Argentine Council for Religious Freedom (CALIR) and with Rabbi Israel Kozlovsky, director of Nariman Lighthouse, paid tribute to the victims at one of the sites in Mumbai which was attacked by terrorists in November 2008.
