The first step to apply for the Temporary Work Visa is to obtain the PIM (Entry Permit) from Argentina. To obtain the PIM on behalf of the applicant, the company in Argentina must apply with the Immigration Authority of Argentina (DNM, Migraciones).
TEMPORARY WORK VISA - 23E-PERSONAL DE TRASLADO
Validity of the Visa stamp: up to One (1) year
Duration of stay in the Country: as specified in the PIM (Entry Permit); Multiple entry
Fees: $150 + $100
1. Visa application form (1): The visa form must be 3 separate pages, hand-written by the applicant in BLUE INK

4. Cover letter on company’s letterhead must include the following:
- Brief profile of the company (A paragraph)
- Purpose of visit
- Duration of stay in Argentina
- Passport details of the applicant
- Passport details of those accompanying the applicant (if any)
- Who will bear all the expenses for the trip
5. Professional Spanish translation of the covering letter
6. Copy of the Certificate of Incorporation
7. RENURE (Registration number of the Argentinean Company) must be valid (kindle renew, if expired)
8. Copy of Acta de Notificación (Entry Permit document)
9. Dummy reservation of flight tickets (one-way)
10. Dummy hotel reservation/proof of accommodation as planned

- Applicant’s passport details, current occupation
- Purpose of visit
- Duration of stay in Argentina
- Details of the inviter (DNI number, address)
- Passport details of those accompanying the applicant
- Who will bear all the expenses for the trip
5. Spanish translation of the Cover letter by the applicant
6. Copy of inviter’s DNI card (applicable, only if the inviter, a relative/friend, is a resident of Argentina)
7. Copy of Acta de Notificación (Entry Permit document)
8. Copy of marriage certificate to be Apostilled in case of spouse and copy of Birth Certificate must be Apostilled for child/children and/or parents.
9. Official Spanish translation of the certificate and its Apostille sticker
10. Flight tickets (dummy reservation should be valid on the day of the appointment)
11. Domicilio (residential proof of the inviter) in original (applicable, only if the inviter, a relative/friend, is a resident of Argentina)
12. Salary slips of inviter/spouse (3 months, latest)
13. Copy of personal, consolidated bank statements of the inviter/spouse for 6 months, latest
14. Applicant’s salary slips (3 months, latest and must be presented in original with company stamp [If applicable]

16. ITR filed by the applicant (3 years, latest)/Tax exemption letter by the applicant

Validity of the Visa stamp: up to One (1) year
Duration of stay in the Country: up to One (1) year; Multiple entry

2.Passport copy (first and last page + all visas stamped on the passport) and copy of valid US visa (if any)

Original Police Clearance certificate issued by the authorities of the countries where the applicant has resided for a period exceeding one (1) year, during the course of the last three (3) years, apostilled by the Ministry of External Affairs in New Delhi. In India, the competent authority is the Regional Passport Office.

5. Cover letter on Indian Congregation’s letterhead must include the following:
• Brief profile of the Congregation (A paragraph)
• Purpose of visit
• Duration of stay in Argentina

• Details of the Congregation in Argentina (point of contact)
• Who will bear all the expenses for the trip
6. Professional Spanish translation of the cover letter

TEMPORARY STUDENT VISA – 23J
Validity of the Visa stamp: up to One (1) year
Duration of stay in the Country: as specified in the PIM (Entry Permit); Multiple entry

2. Passport copy (first and last page + all visas stamped on the passport) and copy of valid US visa (if any)
3. Apostilled Police Clearance Certificate from the country where the applicant has lived for more than 1 year in the past 3 years and Spanish translation of the Police Clearance Certificate and its Apostille sticker.
4. Letter of acceptance/proof of admission for the course from the University in Argentina along with the syllabus
5. Cover letter by the applicant mentioning the following details:
- Applicant’s passport details, purpose and duration of the stay, current occupation
- Academic background and who will bear all the expenses for the trip and the course
- Details of the course/scholarship in Argentina and the reference person (if any)
- Details of accommodation
6. Letter of sponsorship (if applicable) [If the sponsor is the proprietor/director of the company, then the Cover letter must be on the letterhead of the company] and passport copy of the sponsor (1st and last pg). If the sponsor is a proprietor/director of the company, then add a copy of Certificate of Incorporation
7. Spanish translation of the Cover letter by the applicant and the Sponsor (please avoid online translations without the supervision of a language expert)
8. Applicant’s recent mark sheet/Academic certificates
9. Copy of PRECARGA (the University in Argentina must directly apply with the DNM, Migraciones [the Immigration Authority of Argentina] to obtain PRECARGA. Please find the attached copy of the PRECARGA for reference)
10. Dummy reservation of flight tickets (one-way) and hotel/proof of accommodation as planned
On the day of the appointment, please present valid dummy reservation of flight tickets and hotel
11. Personal, consolidated bank statements of the applicant/sponsor (latest 6 months and attested by the bank)
12. Proof of occupation of the sponsor: Salary slips (3 months, latest and must be presented in original with company stamp)/Applicant’s salary slips
13. Applicant/Sponsor’s ITR (latest, 3 years) or Tax exemption letter if ITR not applicable
14. Travel Insurance covering the entire duration of the stay (recommended)
